  • So ahoy maties - we are now on our way - sailing off into the sunset. Time to see how we are all doing.

    I did not weigh myself this morning due to feeling bloated/gassy and overindulging yet again this weekend. Need to get back on track!

    Looking for inspiration from my fellow sailors!

  • Well, I didn't officially join the challenge, but I have been able to lose 1 pound a week for the last three weeks (OK OK, just .7 last week.)

    I just went back to basics: mostly core, counting points, more water, walking. I've been adding nuts to my diet, and this week I'm going to cut the amount by half.

    curtis and i will wi fri am. we're not stepping on the scales till then. (that's the plan so far, anyway.)

  • OK, since I'm just back from vacation this week's wi did not go well, but not horrible. I just need to refocus and get moving.

    Starting - 0
    Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
    Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go
    Week 3 - 3.6 up 14.4 to go

    Goal - 15 lbs gone but not forgotten (although I don't want them back even for a visit).

    I fudged on my chart. I rounded up to 1 lost total. I need to find the one Paula uses that shows fractions.

    Rhonda - 3 in 3 wow keep it up and you'll be down 21 by the end of the challenge

    Sandra - impressive loss last week.

    Frouf - Hang in there those cabana boys are waiting....

  • Tech you may have gained a few pounds but you went to the meeting knowing this would happen. That is hard to do!! Im proud of you!

    loss- maintain for week I briefly saw 281.5 this morning but hten it jumped back up..i know its coming!

  • i lost 2.0 lbs this week. curtis stayed the same but he'd eaten bfast and had drunk 2.5 glasses water right before wi. i don't think he'll drink that much before wi again.

  • Good for you going to a meeting when you gained most people shy away from that,thats when my leader says you need to the most!

    I lost 2.2 this week.Which was surprising since I pooped out on core the last few days,healthy foods,just not core! Today I'm making a commitment on fruits and veggies today!
