Can someone please give me the list of the foods that are allowed on this diet and also the rules as I do not own the book.I only own the original fat smash diet book.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hi We'd get in trouble if we provided too much info. We can share the basics, but we shouldn't deter anyone from buying the book. The book has more than just the lists of foods, it's loaded with the important details of the diet. The EFS book came out in paperback and is only $7.77, which is a much better price than most diet books.
