  • Welcome!!!!!!

I have been doing Weight Watchers on and off for years, but I am finally following it lol I cheat on the weekends. I know I shouldn't but I do. lol

I have been walking a mile every day the past 3 weeks and it has been working. I also do the video Walk away the pounds and I love it!!!! You can do it at home and it only takes about 25 minutes!

Good luck and I am here if you need me!!!!!!!!!

  • If you can get yourself to drink half your body weight (in ounces) of water, that will help your weight loss and energy level. I have not been following a specific plan since I decided to start weight loss (last week), but I've done WW before so I know what I should be doing and about how much I should be eating.

My point is the increase in my energy level and mood has been amazing! I have just been eating less, healthier, being more active (but that means leisurely walks and gardening stuff - not exercise) and drinking the rec. amt. of water. It really does make you feel so much better.

Eventually, I will probably need to do real exercise and count calories/pts.,/etc. but I find it so much more manageable to just be "healthier" and unstructured to start. (Oh, and WW does work great if you wan to do that)!
