Me-11 pounds=outta 300+finally!!

  • I joined this forum months ago, but due to being really busy for a while i wasnt able to continue posting. Between now and then I have failed at least 3 diets, then finally I found the diet that worked for me. I began controlling my portions and exercizing regularly and went from 350 to 310 in 3 months. No starving and no crazy diets that I couldn't do. Im hoping to be able to come back on this forum more now that I have time and a new computer. I hope everyone else is doing well too and I cant wait to read more success stories!!

    I started off controlling portions too. I hate the idea of starving myself. My plan has morphed over time, but I believe that if you can find something you can do for life and be consistent, the weight will come off. (okay, those are 2 big "ifs"!)

  • Thanks everyone! Anyone that looses an extreme amount of weight deserves a medal because weightloss is hard, its the hardest thing I've ever done. Seeing everyone around me eating whatever they want and staying in shape with no work is admittedly discouraging to me. I barely get to eat anything at all and have to work out until I'm sore to get anywhere. Sometimes I've gained weight after doing all this work and I feel so let down by it. Knowing that I've lost the weight that I have lost is rewarding, but even loosing one pound is extremely difficult for me.
