Hello all,as many before me have stated I will keep this short and sweet...I figured it would be rude to drop in without at least an introduction.
I am a 23 year old retail manager living in Vancouver, British Columbia.
I was recently diagnosed with IBS, and have the choice to change my life and get healthy or continue being sick everyday. I have lost about 60 pounds (sadly from being sick) and now want to move forward and lose the rest of my weight..about 100 pounds in both a healthy and fun way that I can sustain for the rest of my life.
I look forward to roaming around and checking things out
