Ahh, reality.
I haven't lost a pound since mid-April.
Which is OK...my original goal weight was 150 anyways, and I'm at the lowest weight of my adult life. So maintenance is OK for now.
BUT...that being said..my "dream" weight or fantasy weight is definitely lower.
Anyways...
When was the last time you lost a pound?
And if it's been a while, why do you think that is? What can you do to correct it?
