It's midnight.
I'm sore and tired from working out.
But not ready to go to bed yet.
The vending machine downstairs is calling my name.
I'm kinda hungry I think.
But I have no food in my room.
Must. Resist.
It's doubtful there is ANYTHING in the vending machine worth eating if you are trying to lose weight. Do you have any tea bags and a microwave?
I'm a big planner and usually keep a few healthy snacks on hand - stock up tomorrow!
Yeah, I'm with Glory! I hope you got past the midnight munchies--make sure you always have some good stuff in your room that you can eat instead.
Also, it might help to look up some of your favorite vending-machine snack foods on the internet to see how many calories they actually have. Sometimes that's shocking!
