I recently bought the Extreme Fat Smash book, but I have a couple of questions. It says that it's best for people that only have 25 pounds or less to lose, but is it acceptable for those of us with more? I'm 5'0" and about 175 pounds and I don't know how much I want to lose yet, but probably at least 50 pounds. I went to the bookstore originally looking for Fat Smash, but all they had was Extreme Fat Smash in stock. I'm waiting for Fat Smash to arrive since I bought it on eBay since I couldn't find it at the bookstore.
If Extreme Fat Smash is okay for those of us with more than 25 pounds to lose, I have a couple more questions.
As far as beans go, what do y'all like to eat? I really don't like beans, but I'm hoping that something is classified as a legume that I wouldn't otherwise have thought of.
I see that Dr. Ian loves yogurt. The problem here is that I don't. In fact, I hate yogurt. I just despise the texture. Is there anything I can substitute, or do I need to learn to love it just as much as Dr. Ian does?
By "a piece" of fruit, does he really mean a serving? Am I really limited to something that comes in a single piece, like an apple or orange, or can I have a cup of strawberries or cantaloupe instead?
Thanks a bunch!

I'm sure like the previous poster said, that the cup of whatever fruit would be fine too. Best wishes to you!!!
