  • Well I am a bit behind - probably cuz I am not doing that well - this week was not a good one for me - esp with Mother's day and other indulgences (hmmm?? wonder what those cabana boys have been putting into my smoothies??? )

    Yes I am up almost a lb - hoping a lot of that is water weight (rings are tight and I had salty popcorn last night).

    i lost 1.4 lbs this week. life is good. i'll tell you about curtis over on the chat thread. it's a biggggg impressive loss.
