Wednesday menu:)

  • Ok I planned my day and I am not going off plan !!!!
    2 eggs with ff cheese w/ flax seeds

    turkey patty
    sweet potato
    corn on the cob

    chicken breast
    greens beans
    brown rice w / flax seeds

    yogurt
    grapes
    I am determined to nail this day !!!!!!

    looks great except you can not have two large carbs in the same day (ie brown rice and sweet potato) its one or the other,otherwise you have to use your points
    its one potato,one sweet potato,ww pasta, or brown rice once a day!

    veggie burger with lettuce and cukes

    LO chicken kabobs w/ sweet pot

    maybe some popcorn!
