I'm on my 2nd week of WW and I need help with a "back to law school game plan."
First of all, I'm 23 and I have one kid and a hubby at home. I work 40/week in the administration at my school and then 3 nights a week I am in class at the law school.
When I start back to school next week, I need a game plan. Maybe some of you busy WW veterans can share with me what you all do so that you can stay on the program when there is so much going on around you, like school, work, kids, etc.
Since I've been off of school for the past two weeks, I have made some changes that I want to continue. Like, I take a bath at night so that I can have more AM time to cook a quick breakfast and get my daughter to daycare and be at work ontime. Also, we have a fridge at work. So, I bring a case of diet cokes and frozen smart one's dinners. Also, we have a great water dispenser-thingy, so getting my 64oz is easy. But, basically, I am afraid that this is going to all fall apart next week in the back to class rush. HELP!
