    Does anyone know if you can have Carnation Instant Breakfast on the FSD?

    I wondered that myself. I thought that it might fall under "protein shake". So I read the label. I don't think that it has enough protein and too much sugar/carbohydrate. Therefore, I decided to stay away from it.
