hello! i read about this website in oprah's magazine - and since i've been on weight-watchers a few weeks now i thought it would be helpful to meet other people and read/learn/live through this with all of you -
i'm just now starting to figure out the website and how it all works - it's a little overwhelming - all the options and that - but - sooner or later i'll get the hang of it..
right now i'm about 260+ pounds or so - i've had some illness so i didn't go to last friday's meeting - and i don't weigh in-between - my high weight this time (!) was 277-1/2 - and i'm working on getting to somewhere under 200 - i have no particular goal weight in mind - i'll know when i feel good and that will be that ..
my focus has been on eating "good quality" foods - and not so much on eating "points" - and so far so good -
