I use to post on here when I was trying to lose weight. It must be a good 3 years since then. I lost nearly 3 stone, but regrettably put it back on and a bit more. Six weeks ago I had a shock when I stood on the scales and decided that something had to give. I had outgrown some of my fave clothes. Unfortunately, alot of things have happened in the past 6 weeks but despite that I have lost over half a stone. Once I am back on my feet and have some energy I will be looking at starting up my exercise again. So far all I have done is cut down on my portions and limit my goodies. I have decided to take my weightloss in manageable chunks this time. When I reach one goal I will move the goal. Currently I have 24lb to lose to meet my first goal of getting down to 252. I am hoping to rejoin WW when I start work as well as it gave me alot of incentive last time.
