  • Hey! I've been counting for three weeks now! And suddenly, as you guys said, it's started working!

    I'm already down to 70kgs....which is a weight I'm generally okay with (154 pounds, was 165) but naturally I'm aiming to lose more.

    I just think that it's great! I didn't even realise half the time that I was dieting, I thought I woudln't be losing weight, cas I was averaging aroung 1600 cal a day....but you guys were right!

    To everyone thinking about doing this, it's great! I eat over my calorie needs, I eat under...I eat chocolate, I eat pizza...and I'm still losing!
