Hey all,

Im new here so I thought what a better way to say hello and about me other than to share my story so far.

So I'm Lydia, I'm a 21 year old student at the University Of Central Lancashire, but I am from Sheffield originally. Me and my friend started slimming world on feb 8th and so far I've lost 32lbs, and lost everyweek.

Altogether I need to lose 80lbs which is a heck of a lot but I'm confident I can do it just so I can enjoy a proper student life. I've decided to put a picture of me what I was before I started and now, cause Im damn proud haha

P.S I can't really tell the difference between now and before, I just know i can walk up stairs without being tired haha

Congratulations! There is a very obvious difference between the two pictures. Just remember we are our own worst critics. You look absolutely beautiful. Good luck with the rest of your journey.
