Day 4

  • Hello,

    I am on my day 4 of normal FS today.

    I am tempted to weigh myself but am holding on till day 10. My clothes feel roomy and while swimming, could feel lighter.

    I walked 45 mins in the morning.

    Had a glass of water melon juice.

    Did 20 mins yoga.

    Breakkie was jumbo oats with lowfat yogurt and a mango.

    One banana milk shake

    Lunch : brown rice, lentils and tomato-okra dish

    For dinner, may have some kidney beans with veggies.

    Have any one got some meal plans ?
