Hi. I am so thrilled to have found this board. My current weight is around 325. I'm not sure what my final goal weight is and right now I am taking one pound at a time. I've done several diets like Atkins and WW. Currently, I am doing intuitive eating. So far I have done as well as on previous diets without the constant food obsession and fighting not to binge. We'll see how it plays out in the long run.
Also, I have PCOS and hidradenitis supprativa (sp?) which is a real bummer. I am always looking for any good advice.
Well, I really need this support group because I need to be in touch with people in the same boat. I especially want to work on my self-esteem. Right now, I am too timid to say "Boo!" to a June bug.

This board is great and we're all working towards the same goal! I'm also trying intuitive eating and it is worked well this past week--1.6 pounds gone!! I was going to try phase 1 of the South Beach diet but after listening to the first disc of my You on a Diet audiobook I decided against it and had a great week!
