According to Covert Bailey (who's retired now, but you can still find his books and look him up on the web), people lose weight from areas
in the reverse order in which they gained it.
In other words, while I always had weight on my chest & hips, I got fat around my waist. That area loses when I lose. Depending on where you put yours on most recently,
that is where it should disappear first. The areas where your body always stored it are the most resistant, since that's where you're genetically predisposed to store your weight in the first place, literally!
