What are some of the best exercises to do when you want to burn calories fast? I am so not an exercise expert. I need som serious help. I do have access to a gym. Not ot any classes though because of my work schedual and the local day care schedual. So I'm limeted when it comes to classes. I do have two hours after work to go to the gym
I think running and elliptical are pretty high calorie-burners...
I really like the ArcTrainer. It's like the elliptical but a modified version. According to the calorie calculator on the machine (who knows how accurate they are) always seems to surprise me. It's seems much easier to me than running yet in a half hour it says I burn in the ball park of 350 calories.
Spinning is one of the most high calorie burning workouts you can do. Maybe you can catch a class on a day off and then spin on your own when it fits your schedule
