Hi I found this site from a friend. I have started the you on a diet diet by dr oz and another dr. Is anyone else on this diet?
I started last friday but messed up on the weekend and back on the bandwagon monday. I have been doing great on it and have lost 5 lbs since last friday.
I am 47 and going through menopause and decided I want my young body back. I have rolls and rolls that I don't need. I also have a 4 year old that I want to be able to keep up with.
I've been walking 30 min a day, drinking about 80 oz of water and following the food plan on the diet.
I hope to get some encouragement here so I don't fail another diet and to hear great success stories.
