I was trying to eat only phase 1 foods but eat enough calories (more food than in the "plan" in the book) but I guess that's not good enough. I need more carbs to make milk! So, I'm eating a bowl of super-high-fiber cereal and a WW tortilla or slice of bread each day, I hope I continue to lose.
