Good morning all, I am excited as I have made the commitment to do WW. I went back again this past Tuesday. It had been 7 years since so feels good to be back. I am a Lifetime Member so I do know what to do I just need to do it. Have had a few good days and it feels great to be in control again.
I will be checking in here quite often for guidance and encouragement and will try to give as well.
