I have a bit of a silly question but I'll ask it anyway just to make sure. On Tuesday (the day I weigh in) I had gone down to 195 pounds (13.13 stone) which according to my book means that I go down to eating 25 points. But the next day I went back up to 196 pounds (14 stone) and have been there for the past two days. According to my book 196 pounds means 26 points... so which one do I choose? Shall I stick to 26 points until I'm stable at 195 pound or just do 25 points becuase I touched at 195 pounds?

Alrighty don't fix which isn't broken... should be cool. But I guess that If I lose a pound then I really should move down to 25 points... I feel naughty if I don't. lol. Thanks again!!
