Breath mints?

    Have any of you found any breath mints without any carbs? I am in need. For some reason even the ranch dressing leaves a strong garlic taste in my mouth.

    Most of them Have sugar alcohols which don't bother some people but I have been avoiding them. I't would be nice to find some low carb ones, but sofar I havent seen any.

    There are mints out there called Blitz Powermints...sweetened with Splenda, .24 g sugar alcohol & low carb.

    Will have to try the blintz. The listerine strips take my breath away...way too strong.
