Day 5 of P2 and no weight lose

  • Ok, so I survived P1 and lost 5 lbs. Yay! Now I'm meandering through P2, no cheating, and haven't lost anything. My major cause of stress right now is stepping on that scale every morning. I should probably only get on it once a week but I can't help myself....I'm obsessed.
  • I had to force myself to stop weighing in everyday. I would put the scale somewhere out of sight, and only weigh in every other day, then every three days... and so on. It's a hard addiction to break, but it makes me alot less upset about eating a salty meal.

    The same thing happened to me. And I understand the daily weigh in obsession. But on the bright side, it only took a few days then I tarted losing again. Keep up with the excersise. Do you drink Green Tea? Somebody once told me that strawberries, although very good for you, could cause water retention.
