hi guys whats the crack with Goji berries? apart from being really expensive do they actually do everything the hype suggests?

they are very tastey but with them costing about £36 per kilo is it worth it.

I've never heard of them so I'm not sure what the hype is but wikipedia has a good overview of them and their properties.
