My name is Nikki and i am 24, i came across this forum through google and read a few posts and i think this is exactly the place i have been looking for, I am at my heaviest now 266 (ugh) and im motivated to lose weight and most important get healthy, for myself. Well at the moment my eating plan is as much fruit and veg as possible as well as pasta to fill me up and as for excercising i previously didnt do any at all not even walking to im starting with a walk everyday and planning to join the gym in about 2 weeks (but thats due to having no money at the moment. oops)
