For Week 3 Red team is going to challenge ourselves. What you need to do is to choose something in your plan that you've been struggling with, set a goal, pick a reward and go for it!
This challenge will run from Sunday May 6 to Saturday May 12
1. Make sure to meet my exercise goals. To help with this, I've already written up an exercise plan for the week. At the bottom of it I wrote, just stick to it and get moving.
2. Drink at least 64 oz each day.
