You all seem so sweet and supportive, and like a group of really good friends here. That's such a refreshing change from some of the forums I've seen (outside of 3FC). I really need that when I'm stressed, anxious, and wanting to eat too much, or just not wanting to exercise. I hope to make some good friends while I'm here.

Welcome!! (Although you aren't really "new" according to your number of posts, I thought I'd throw it out there anyway) I agree, this forum is fantastic and has really kept me on plan. We all love to see each other succeed, and that IS refreshing!

Welcome! And I couldn't agree more about this wonderful forum. I think it's been one of the biggest contributors to my success so far, and I know lots of the folks here would say the same. I couldn't have lost this much weight without the support of all the great people here!

There are great people here with loads of advice and support. I am fairly new and quite enjoying the warm atmosphere.

I know what you mean about less than supportive forums!
Some are just horrible, so you have made the right choice coming here.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I have been here for a while, and I've come back sporadically, but I always posted in Alternachicks, but that fforum is pretty slow, and I saw this forum, so I thought I'd give it a try. I shall be posting here a lot, I think.
