I really truly think I'm committed this time. I'm in my mid-50s (I notice we have a 50-plus thread now!) and have had weight issues since high school. I've never been thin -- I spent most of my adult life between 190 and 210, and then started really putting on weight when I turned 40.
I'm doing Weight Watchers -- it's worked for me in the past. I lead a dishevelled life
I have an unpredictable schedule and I've let that rule me. I need to get organized and, among other things, eat regular meals, cut out junk food, drink more water, eat more vegetables and exercise. Whew.I love this forum -- I read it faithfully, but just didn't want to start postinig again until I thought I could participate in an active, positive way.
