I've been able to maintain a 15-minute mile pace for a while now and am beginning to incorporate a little light jogging during my walk - perhaps 5 minutes of jogging, 10 minutes of walking, etc.
What is the best way to ease into almost all jogging? (after warming up, of course). Do I just increase the jog to walk ratio? I'm not looking to move on to running - but I'm finding it more comfortable to jog rather than walk when I go faster.
