Me: 178.5, up .5 pounds from last week. Not great, but better than the four pound gains I've been seeing lately. It's a bit discouraging to see that I'm exactly where I was at the beginning of March. I don't know why I seem to be having such problems with the 170's. Maybe it's purely mental, or maybe my body thinks I'm trying to starve it to death! Well, whatever, I'm not giving up.



. I'm having a hard time concentrating this week. I'm going to quit smoking tomorrow (which I've tried in the past) but this time it is so important to me to make it. I just don't want to fail again so I have been working out my strategy to cope with the cravings. I'm still going to try to stick to my healthy eating habits and exercise. Hey, maybe I could exercise a little more to keep the stress down
. I think that might help with the weight loss too.
