I have the first one and I love it! It's not a strenuous workout, but it's really fun!!

I have the box set, and it was really the biggest hunk of junk i ever boughti guess it just depends on the person... but I dont really get a good sweat and the dances? I would never dream of even busting out with one of those in the bedroom. Its more goofy than sexy, lol

I didn't feel like I got a workout from it at all. I didn't exactly feel sexy while doing it either .

I bought it and only used it once. It didnt feel like a workout to me. I sold it on ebay.
