Another Newbie saying "hi" sister fc's!

  • I am at least 100 lbs. overweight, and have high blood
    pressure. I read another chicks site that had a goal of
    losing 10% to start. That sounds like a do-able goal!
    I hope. Somehow I haven't been able to get motivated
    despite the worry over my health being very compromised
    by all this wt. so I'm hoping this will help.

  • WELCOME. I have been here since January 10th. This is a terrific place to be. I started after I had read YOU on a diet by Oz and Roizen. Great book, I highly recommend it. After reading Glory's very long weight loss story. I got the book SuperFoods RX, also a terrific book. I am eating a healthy well balanced diet. I eat every 2 1/2 - 3hours. Exercise and drink plenty of water. I also count my calories using Fitday. Why am I telling you this. If I can do this anyone can. You can do it, you just have to want it that bad.
