I lost 5 lbs so far, but a lot of people tell me it's just water weight. Is water weight something you can gain back easily when you re-introduce carbs?

so glad you decided to join us. Please don't let anyone tell you that what you lost is just water weight. Sometimes, eating healthier can result in a reduction in excess water...but, that is only if you have excess water to lose in the first place! How are you clothes fitting? I lost two inches off my waist the first 10 days.



I can't wait to weigh 173!
