Obviously I am a newbie, but is PAM spry ok for when you are cooking the egg whites, I would love to have a mushroom and eggwhite omlet. Could I satuee the shrooms in pam and then add the whites? I'm starving and need some protein!!

I use PAM when I cook. I'm pretty sure it is ok to use in moderation.

Yes, Pam is ok to use. I never thought I would like Egg Whites on their own, but it's pretty good!

THANK YOU ALL! I was worried about it, i honestly couldnt think of any way to cook it, lol! Yeah they are good when you are starving!! I eat a lot all the time, this is hard for me! LOL
