I lost 0.6 lb. on week 2 of Extreme, but I am still at it with day 3, week 3. I keep rereading the paragraph where Dr. I explains how your body has a set weight and is fighting to keep the pounds you are working so hard to get rid of! I am seeing changes in the mirror, so that is keeping me going. The past two nights I haven't been making the best choices for dinner (kind of stretching the meals to include a few extras), so I am back on track today.
