Ice Cream is also my downfall. I can eat an entire half gallon without blinking.

I have incorporated it into my life. On Saturdays I allow myself an entire pint of whatever ice cream I want, no guilt. I pay for it by eating a few less calories throughout the week but it is soooo worth it knowing that on Saturday, I can have that two cups. I am not that girl who can eat just half a cup every day...I need to have alot! lol You need to find what works for you but if you say you can't ever have it again you are setting yourself up for failure...Imo..So, eat lower calorie versions, frozen yogurt, or pick a day to treat yourself every week or every month...whatever works for you.
