Hey all. I am once again on the road to lose weight. I am hoping to lose about 30lbs but since I don't own a scale, and am afraid to hop on one, I will have to rely on how my clothes fit for a while. Has anyone out there had success without weighing themselves obsessively?

I still catch myself weighing obsessively and it is not good. Once a week should be sufficient. Relying on the scales could easily make one discouraged. Believe me!!!!
