as you can see i am chocco. i chose this username because of my love for chocolate . i am a mother of 2 beautiful girls and i have just returned to work after 1yr maternity leave .

a friend of mine suggested i take a look at this site . she says she loves it. i have lost 38lbs and i have close to 100lbs more to go. i already feel pretty good about my loss so far . I am looking forward to reading your threads and i think i will be around for a while .

Hi, I am Chloe48. I just started the South Beach Diet 6 days ago. So far so good. My doctor told me to go on this diet for health reasons. I need some advice for some good options for Phase 1 of the diet. I am not a salad person but I have been eating them. I get a little tired of it. I am a person that does not like to take alot of time preparing my meals plus I have a husband and 5 kids in the house. Three are not mine. Any suggestions?
