Hello......another newbie here!

    Just found this site. I have a few pounds to shed and am confused by the low carb, no carb, high protein, low protein........you get the idea.

    Trying to figure out a meal plan that works for me. My current goal is 1200 calories a day.



  • It's totally confusing but as you've got so little to lose your natural instincts can't be that far off. Why don't you come and check out the Featherweights forum - it's one of the sub groups in the support group section. Lots of folks there with a little to lose like you. Or a wee bit more like me
