I didn’t know exactly where to post this but i figured this would be a good place. Has anyone heard of Xflowsion? , any opinions or experiences?

says its a yoga, dance, kickboxing dvd... im curious to see if anyone has seen it or if anyone can recommend it or something else.

I ordered this and shipping was postponed for a week. If you order it before it the infomercial hits the airwaves, you get a discount. With shipping and handling, $44.99 but once you see the infomercials...the price is going up. You get Work out DVD's, recipies and journal plus an inspirational CD to listen to in your car. There are different levels of workouts.... It looked very interesting so I will give it a try when I get it. I should have the package by the end of next week....May 11th.
