I weighed 215 one week ago when I started my diet. I have been eating a low calorie diet and I am trying to do 30 min of exercise 5 times a week. I have lost 2 lbs in the last week.
My ultimate goal is to lose 55-65 lbs. I'm not in a hurry, because I want to lose the weight the right way and keep it off. My first 'mini' goal is to lose 25 lb by the end of August.
I'm really hoping to succeed, but I know that it will be difficult. Hope to get to know you all!!
