I'm 19 years old and turning 20 very soon. I need some help. I've never really had support for weight loss before and I am so overwhelmed with critizism from my father. I'm doing this so that I can have some great women to help me when I need it, and to lend a hand to some others because I know how it feels to have no one to really talk to.
