    If you join online or use e-tools with your meetings you have one on the official W/W Website.

    You also can google it and find a formula. While it is out there I will say some may not be accurate or correct and W/W considers it copyrighted and it is patented.

  • There are actually two books you can get from WW. One of them has a list of everyday foods w/points values and the other is the Dining Out Companion, which lists the points values of restaurant foods. There is actually a formula for calculating points values posted in one of the sticky's for this forum, that may also help.
  • The online website for Weight Watchers has a lot of answers. You don't necessarily have to join to enjoy some of the benefits.
