This is one of those "If I had a penny for every time I..." where I'd end up with 3 mansions in the Hamptons and a convertible were I to calculate how many times I tried South Beach and joined up on the forums. But, I'm ready to get with it! I think it's all the getting sick and run down that's getting to me. It's getting harder to keep up with my friends or climb stairs. I can't carry groceries up the stairs without a break and I hardly ever take the stairs to my 2nd floor classroom. I'm 25 and I feel 85 (no offense to anyone 85, of course.) So, tomorrow I am starting Phase I. I have a wedding in September that I am a bridesmaid for and I need to look better and feel better to enjoy myself. I am walking the Relay for Life in a few months and I need be in better shape for that, as well!

Also, can I add Crystal Light to plain yogurt for breakfast? I know yogurt is good for me but plain is so... plain?

Thousandsunny! I'm glad you decided to join us, and I love your sense of humor! You may enjoy your yogurt with Crystal Light, and you can also flavor it with SF jello powder. I like to use the SF DaVinci syrups and a dash of cinnamon in mine.

I was going to start SBD today, but just wasn't quite 'there' in my head. So after reading a lot of posts and looking over the book again, it looks like tomorrow will be 'the' day, so we'll start together!
