    Here is me at 300 lbs...the gal on the left!


    And here at 238 (and with a new hairdo!) And on the left again (sorry the picture isn't the clearest!)...


    I don't have newer photos but I'm 217 now, so 20 lbs lighter than that last photo. Still got a ways to go, but it's inspiring to look at the "fat pics" and see I've come far! I'm waiting until I hit the 200 lb mark to get new "progress photos" taken.
