  • Breakfast: Nothing....I'm running late, it's weigh in day, and I'm already up! Maybe I'll bring a banana and eat it after weigh in.

    Lunch: Salad?

    Snack: Fresh strawberries with 2T FF cool whip

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with brown rice added that I cooked at home with chicken broth

    Dessert: Chocolate Eclair Cake and skim (5 points)

    Tons of water!
