I've been playing around with mine, fitting 5 extra points in per day, then saving them for the weekend. It seems as if using them too close to weigh-in doesn't give me as much of a loss.
I'm trying to find out which way is best. One WW leader suggests using them all, while another leader says don't use them unless you have something special going on.
